Private waterfront home offers, among its many amenities, a direct-access dock and dockside patio, complete with thatched umbrellas (chickee huts), where you can get as much sun or shade as you wish. Southern exposure provides sun all day long for the patio and heated pool, and you can enjoy watching the fascinating marina view from the shade of the lanai.
Our updated home features 3 generously-sized bedrooms (Master Suite with King bed, Second Bedroom with King bed, and Third Bedroom with King bed) and 3 full bathrooms. Everything you might need in the home is included, from the generous stock of bath- and beach towels to the well-appointed kitchen. Flat-screen TVs are offered in both the family room and the master bedroom. You'll find pool toys, of course, as well as beach gear, and fishing rods for catching lunch or dinner. Take a two-minute stroll to the marina to purchase live bait, brought in fresh daily, and chat with the salty charter captains to find out what's biting.
Large, sliding glass doors open wide, affording views to the water from almost every room and catching those tropical breezes. This home is within a short distance to Tigertail Beach, walking distance to Old Marco including the Snook Inn, and a short walk to shops and restaurants.
New roof, pool cage, and exterior paint including lanai surface as of January 2018! Expansive new dock completed May 2018 with room to moor your boat up to 34'!!
