The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for easy access to the upper floor of the huge 2- level screened lanai. The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV and 3 comfy leather couches plus an over-sized reading chair tucked away in the ...corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the Weber gas grill.

The large master suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the master plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy. One of the upper guest rooms has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both guest rooms have TVs. There is also a full bath at this end of the house.

The upper lanai gives you a dining table and seating areas from which to enjoy your evenings looking out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky. Stroll down the stairs from the upper to lower lanai (also screened) and gaze upon the oversized heated pool with a spillway spa. The pool is 14 X 28 feet and comes complete with a sun shelf at the shallow end for relaxing in a lounge chair while cooling off and reading that book you've been meaning to get to. Spend the evenings relaxing and soothing those muscles in the spa. You might even get a glimpse of the resident tortoise, Totem, who lives on the wooded, vacant lot next door and makes his daily trek across the backyard in search of his next meal of vegetation. The lower lanai has a dining table and several lounge chairs. If you love vacationing with others yet need your own space; call dibs on the lower-level guest suite. It offers a king bed and comfortable leather couch and love seat plus a 50 inch smart TV as well as a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), dining table and bath with large shower stall.

The entire house was completely renovated in 2018 with a brand new kitchen, flooring, paint, and more. It's just a short drive to the beach, where you can take a swim, search for shells or take a leisurely walk while waiting for the breath-taking sunset. Marco Island offers some of the prettiest beaches to be found and great restaurants ranging from casual outdoor waterfront spots to the high-end formal dining. The activities are endless from kayaking to renting a jet ski for an afternoon to going on a dinner cruise. From relaxing on the beach (beach towels, 8 sand chairs, a wheeled cooler and beach umbrella are included!) to taking a walk or run around the paved track surrounding the lake at Mackle Park (where you will also find a great play area for the kids complete with water feature, basketball and shuffle courts). You can even bring your blanket and take in a movie in the park or check out the various classes from exercise to knitting inside the community center.
