Short walk takes you to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you can go for movies, ice cream, and plenty of fine dining options.
Southern exposure on the heated pool, spa and lanai area, new flat screen tv in the master bedroom. New furniture and landscaping Summer 2025 The house also provides all the comforts and conveniences of home, air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer.
This vacation home offers a great split floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
Hurricane shutters around the entire home, large 2 car garage, split floorplan with master suite on the left side of home and guest bedrooms and den on the right side.
*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. Gas grill is to be filled by guests as needed. Trash day is on Monday and Thursday, please put your can out the night before and bring in after its collected. Recycling is on Thursday. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Marco Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Marco Beach and Marco Beach. Marco Golf and Garden and Marco Island Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
