Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath waterfront pool home with long water view! Comfortable flowing floor plan with high ceilings, loads of windows & light and great exterior access from nearly every room. Superb location right in the heart of Marco Island, less than a mile to the Ymca, Mackle Park, shopping, and grocery store. Outstanding neighborhood of nice homes and quiet streets. Prefer a nice place to sit in the shade? This home has it with some of the lanai facing north. Love to sunbathe? The pool at this home wraps around the south and west side for all day sun and an easily accessible bathroom. The interior of this great room floor plan home makes it perfect for entertaining. Featuring an updated cook's dream kitchen with double oven, loads of counter space, ample bar seating for guests, excellent lighting, and stainless appliances and gas stove. There is a whole house sound system and home theater with a 70-inch TV and sound system in the living/dining area. The primary bedroom is extremely spacious with a king size bed and TV.
