Welcome guests to the "Worthington House" ! This pristine waterfront home has been re-done throughout! Located just 1 mile from the Winterberry public beach access, this is a perfect location; close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities one would need!
This home has spared no expenses… quality finishes and inviting designer furniture throughout, flat screen TV in the living room and flat-screen TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large kitchen with center island, all modern stainless appliances, beautifully decorated bedrooms, most notably the master with a premium king mattress, walk-in shower.

Spacious eastern facing screened-in lanai pool area with tropical foliage surrounding, creating a super private outdoor oasis…complete with an relaxing tiki sitting area by the dock, dining set and of course comfortable chaise lounges…it just doesn’t get much better!
Recently installed panoramic lanai cage for those unobstructed views. New solar pool heater to keep that setup for year round swimming.
Kayaks provided in the garage as well as bicycles for guests to use while here.
Everything included for your very short trip to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler and 4 bikes to ride to the beach or tour the island.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Marco Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Marco Beach and Marco Beach. Marco Island Center for the Arts and Marco Golf and Garden are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
