Enjoy all the peace and tranquility this beautiful, newly renovated canal front home has to offer. Swim in the heated pool or relax on the sun drenched patio as you enjoy the expansive water views. You may spot a Bald Eagle or Osprey in the sky or possibly a Dolphin playing in the canal.

Three Palms offers a spacious primary bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom which includes a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds and offer views of the water. All bedrooms are equipped with large screen tv's. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The brightly lit kitchen includes all the standard appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and dining.

If getting on the water is what you have in mind, you are steps away from the local Marina which rents boats and offers fishing charters. If you plan on brining your own boat, Three Palms has130' of seawall and includes a dock with a 10,000 pound rated lift.
