The space
Introducing a stunning great room/ open concept living home with 3 bedrooms on Marco Island. Features a screened lanai with gorgeous gardens. Heated in ground/ southern exposure pool is equipped with sundeck, four lounge chairs, outdoor dining and seating for 8 in the lanai. Gorgeous garden and pool views from nearly every window.
Highly walkable as there are bars, restaurants, coffee shop & grocery store within two blocks. 1.9 mi from Tiger tail Beach, 2.8 mi from South Beach and 2 mi from Residents Beach.
The great room has seating for six comfortably, flat screen TV, games and puzzles for indoor entertaining.
Well equipped kitchen opens to the dining, living space and the lanai. Eat-in kitchen features granite breakfast bar, breakfast bar, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, blender, coffee pot, tea pot and Keurig.
The dining room seats six and the breakfast bar seats four.
Two car garage and circular drive can house two cars.
The primary bedroom opens to the lanai and features a king size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bath.
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin bunk. There is a seated /standing desk to work remotely in this room.
3rd bedroom has gorgeous pool/garden views, a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV and opens to the lanai.
2nd full bath with tile surround shower and tile floors.
