The space
Welcome to this newly renovated, clean, stylish, waterfront 3BR 2 Bath home located in one of the best locations on the island in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The white sand beach is about a mile away. Marco Island is one of the best year-round family vacation destinations in the US. The house sleeps 10 people, with 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 twin beds. This space has a modern feel with a traditional warmth, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. French doors lead to an amazing lanai with a canal view. The home is located on the second floor and the pool area is downstairs which keeps the pool noise to a minimum when you are relaxing in the home or on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 dining areas. The downstairs patio has a BBQ and eating area close to the pool. There is a personal boat dock if you have a boat or want to rent one. Just a little over a mile away from Marco Island public beaches easy to walk or bike there, a short walk from Mackle Park, and very close to nice restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We very much want you to feel at home, be able to relax in comfort, and thoroughly enjoy everything this beautiful vacation home has to offer. Marco Hideaway is the perfect place to create amazing memories!

This waterfront home offers all the amenities for a dream vacation. Everything's fresh, clean, and new. New furniture, new decor, new linens, new everything! You can enjoy your drink from the beautiful lanai or pool with an incredibly wide water canal view. This home is the perfect centerpiece for any gathering of family or friends.

Your family can tour the island on the three provided “Beach Cruiser” bicycles parked in the garage awaiting your adventure. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

Minutes from white sand beaches, Mackle Park, tennis park, boating & Jet ski rental, mini golf park, History Museum, Old Marco shops and restaurants, Rookery Bay Nature Center. Close to the Isle of Capri, and Goodland. There's so much to do right on the island. The city of Naples and Everglade City is about a half-hour drive. Try airboat tours in the Everglades and so much more like a four-hour ferry ride to Key West!

Kitchen and Dining Area:
The kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for a perfect family dinner! The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal You will find cookpots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and crockpot. The family can enjoy a nice meal in the modern dining area that fits 8 people, (more with the table leaves inserted). There is also seating at the kitchen island and the kitchen table that seats 4.

Family Room:
The family room has a new large comfortable sectional that will accommodate all the family if they want to hang out, have a game night, or watch some Netflix, Hulu, Hulu live among others on the large 75-inch TV.

Master Bedroom:
There is one closet that has our personal items but there is a second closet for your use.

Rules:
- No Parties and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
- Only 3 cars are allowed to park on the property.

Other things to note:

Noise:
The number 1 complaint in Marco Island about rental homes is noise. No parties or outdoor noise from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors. If you are too loud and the police comes, you will be receiving a fine. The city fines range from $250 to $5,000.

Parking:
The number 2 complaint in Marco about rental homes is parking. One vehicle per bedroom allowed on property. So, you can only have 3 vehicles properly parked. Do not park overnight on the street. We are located near a church so it is a short walk to park there.

Occupancy & # of People:
The number 3 complaint in Marco about rental homes is overcrowding. The maximum number of people who can stay is 10 people.

Trash:
Please take the big trash bins outside on Sunday night and Wednesday night and leave them to the right of our neighbor’s driveway to the right of our home as the trash truck cannot get around the cul-de-sac. Please bring them back no later than 6pm that day.

Guest access
Marco Island Hideaway is a spacious home located on the upper floor so you will need to use stairs to access the property.

Early check-in, Late check-out: We are happy to accommodate an early-check-in or a late check-out if we are able.

South End, a neighborhood in Marco Island, is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Marco Beach and Marco Beach. Marco Island Center for the Arts and Marco Golf and Garden are also worth visiting.
