Lovely Golf Course location and view on a very quiet street with SW exposure. Three bedroom two bath home with pool and spa. This home really captures the views of the golf course with the panoramic screen enclosure. You will spend most of your time outside as this lanai, pool, and spa are perfect for relaxing poolside or grilling. There is ample seating as well as a dining table to eat meals outdoors. The open floor plan of the house means everyone is included whether sitting in the living room watching the big game on the flat-screen TV or in the kitchen. There is a reading area off the kitchen as well as a breakfast nook with unobstructed views to the outside.
