The balcony includes a dining area, swivel rockers and lounge chair for enjoying the beautiful sunrise and lazy days of Florida living. The unit is updated and professionally decorated with top line appliances, Smart TV’s, 2 Lazy Boy swivel leather recliners, Natuzzi leather reclining couch and new SERTA memory foam mattresses and pillows. The master bedroom has a California King mattress and the second master has a King bed. Italian bed linens and quality towels for both bathrooms are provided. The Master bedroom has a large shower with comfortable built in bench. It also includes double sinks. Both bedrooms have breath taking views. The kitchen is fully stocked with top quality dishes, pots, serving pieces and glassware. Crockpot, electric skillet, mixer, baking pans and several coffee makers are also provided. The beautiful formal dining room seats 6 and the breakfast counter tastefully divides the kitchen from the living room without obstructing the beautiful views. Workspaces are available in both the living room and Master bedroom.
Enjoy the beach, pool and Tennis courts while using the tennis gear available in the unit as well as the selection of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and flotation devices.
The Royal Seafarer Condominium features a newly updated lobby, an elegant social room that can be used for entertaining, a fitness room located on the first floor, two tennis courts, a large heated outdoor pool, a picnic area with grills and private beach access with a gated entry. Each floor of the condominium is equipped with a laundry room. The laundry room is located on your floor; just steps down the hall with two high-efficiency front-loading wash machines, two dryers, and a large folding counter. There is no charge for use of the washer and dryer during your stay. There is a 2-story covered parking garage with assigned parking. There is one covered parking spot included with the condo rental at no charge. The Royal Seafarer offers a very friendly staff with 24-hour secure entrance. You are within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, the movie theater, and the Marriott and all the amenities it provides including a world class spa.
There is Wifi throughout the condo as well as cable TV. This is a NON-SMOKING unit only. Monthly or seasonal rentals are available.
