Enjoy our 2,165 sq ft condo, that features 2 large bedrooms, 1 den/office (easily a 3rd bedroom), 4 total baths. Our condo is furnished with high quality comfortable furniture, new bedding and decor! Our condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped Hideaway Beach Club, a 300-acre gated community, one of the few/unique properties on Marco Island that has both Gulf of Mexico beaches and a large bay with access to the miles of canals throughout Marco Island. From our large screened in Lanai, you will enjoy beautiful water views, with boats motoring past. Whether you are entertaining guests or relatives in our spacious, fully-equipped beachfront condo or relaxing on a long romantic getaway, Hideaway Beach Club is a dream come true with a quiet tropical Island feeling and secured gated community, offering privacy at its best.

Our condo is appointed with comfortable furniture, brand new mattresses and bedding. The unit offers two fully furnished bedrooms with a new king size bed in the master, a flat screen TV, two large walk-in closets and two spacious private baths, one featuring a large tub and the other has a large shower. The second large bedroom has a new queen bed, a flat screen TV, a private bath is located directly in the bedroom, with a walk-in closet. The 4th bath is located close to the living room, off of the front foyer. The living room boast very comfortable furniture, featuring a large sofa, swivel chair and 55” flat screen TV & DVD player. The living room also has a walk-up wet bar with multiple sets of glassware to serve your special cocktails. The kitchen has light colored cabinetry, with a full suite of appliances, flatware, dishes and cookware. In the kitchen, it is well equipped whether the cook prefers to entertain a large group or prepare a quick meal. The kitchen also features a fan and small dinette table & chairs. The large dining room features a large table for 6-8 people. No need to bring anything, we have pool and beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and towels to the wide white sandy beach, that is only steps away. Very good Wireless Internet in the unit!
This condo is available for rental from October – December 2021, one month minimum, we are preferring a multi-month rental in 2021. Sorry, but we are already booked for the 2022 season, from January – April 2022. Hideaway Beach only allows us to rent out our condo once a year, so we can not rent it out for any more time in 2022. Hideaway Beach Club offers so much that you will want to stay longer.
Please note that there is a $100 application for the Royal Marco Condo Association and a $200 application fee for the Hideaway Beach Association. There is also a $250 cleaning fee and $500 security fee. All renters are required to purchase a minimum of $250/month from any of the four restaurants in the Club House. The food is excellent and priced lower than many of the restaurants on the Island. Any rental period of 6 months or less is subject to Florida 6% sales tax, plus Collier County Tourist tax of 5% and Collier County Sales tax of 1%, putting total sales tax at 12%.
