*** CONSTRUCTION ALERT *** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will be conducting repairs on the balconies in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety. The building will start lobby and other common area upgrades starting end of May 2026 and will last approximately 5-6 months. *** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
