Welcome to your ultimate waterfront retreat in the heart of paradise! This standalone home offers unparalleled access to the ocean—no long channels or canals here, just immediate ocean access by boat, allowing you to get to the open waters in a flash.

With a spacious 70ft dock (40ft usable), there's plenty of room to dock your boat right at the house. Plus, with no tall stilts or steep stairs and ample parking means you can easily bring in your luggage, groceries, or gear without any hassle.

Step into the backyard, where recent renovations have transformed it into your own private oasis. Take a dip in the heated or chilled pool, unwind in the hot tub, or practice your putting skills on one of the two greens. Marble pavers and long-grain astro turf create a luxurious outdoor space, complete with a Weber BBQ, 300lb ice machine, chest freezer and corn hole boards.

For the fishing enthusiasts, we provide everything you need to reel in a catch, including kayaks, fishing rods, and a dedicated fish cleaning station equipped with water, light, and a fish rack. And thanks to underwater lights in the canal, you can even observe sea life right from the backyard.

Inside, the beautifully remodeled home features modern furnishings and all the comforts you desire. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Each room is equipped with a top-of-the-line mattress and LED Flat Screen Smart TV for your entertainment.

There is a fee for using the heater for the pool and spa of $250 Per booking. The pool will be kept at 88 degrees and Spa is set to 102 (can increase upon request)

Question: Can I dock my boat?

Answer: Yes, there is a 70ft Dock with approx. 50ft of dock space to park your boat right at the house (Free).

Question: Can I park my trailer at the house?

Answer: Yes, there is plenty of room for your boat trailer and another 4-5 cars. Angle the Boat trailer slightly on the Mailbox side. You can also fit a full-size RV if parked parallel with the street. Parking is free.

Question: Are there nearby boat ramps?

Answer: Yes there are multiple. The two I would recommend are:

•Aviation Boat Ramp - 1278 Harbor Dr.

•Mile Marker 54 Boat Ramp (Tight Ramp) - 12648 Overseas Hwy.

Question: Can we rent your boat or use the boat lift?

Answer: Unfortunately, I do not carry the required insurance to rent the boat or allow guests to utilize the boat lift.

Question: Is there a freezer or Ice machine?

Answer: Yes, there is a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a deep freezer, and a 350lb Ice machine that is roof covered in the backyard.

Question: Is there a beach close?

Answer: Yes, Sombrero Beach is approx. 5 min by car.

Question: Can I bring my pet?

Answer: We typically allow for up to 2 reasonable size pets and would require additional non-refundable cleaning fees. Please contact me directly for more info. Pets are NOT permitted on the furniture and it is the responsibility of the guests to sweep/vacuum any pet hair and to pick up after them.

Guests are permitted to utilize the entire property. Our boat and lift are not for rent or use.

Myself and/or a property manger will be available during your trip.

The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

There are many things to do in Marathon. From Kayaking, snorkeling, nature trails, museums and fishing to historic areas, helicopter rides, sky diving etc.

Located in Marathon, this vacation home is near the airport and on the waterfront. Marathon Air Museum and Crane Point Museum and Nature Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center and Florida Keys Country Club.
