The master bathroom is a sanctuary of opulence, featuring double sinks, a charming porthole window, a standalone jetted tub, a shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Both bedrooms open to private balconies, offering panoramic views of the inviting pool, private dock, and expansive open water.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms – one furnished with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. These guest bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Additionally, two bonus rooms provide extra sleeping space with a queen bed and two twin beds. Downstairs, a second laundry, a convenient kitchenette, and two living room spaces enhance the overall comfort. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with Smart TVs, ensuring entertainment options for every guest. **Please note there is no internal staircase between the floors. The only stairs are the exterior ones in front or the backside of the property.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Driveway is semi circle with a gravel area on the left hand side (perfect for trailers).  No RVs, motorhomes or campers allowed on property. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat at the dock & only one trailer on property.
