Fisherman's Paradise with Atlantic Ocean Views. "Keys Release" is located in Marathon Florida, the heart of the Florida Keys. Only one house in from the Atlantic Ocean, with quick easy access through a well navigated deep water canal, you will be fishing, snorkeling, diving in no time. Or if you would rather relax by the pool (heating of hot tub is not available only pool for additional fee), or enjoy the ocean breeze under the Tiki hut, that is always an option.
Keys Release offers a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath upstairs and a separate 1/bedroom/ 1 bath efficiency downstairs. Upstairs Interior boasts a full kitchen with all appliances, dinning room and dinning table. The dinning room opens into the spacious living room including plenty of seating, and flat screen TV and views of the canal and Atlantic Ocean.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, views of the canal and a connected full bathroom. Second upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed, smart TV.
Downstairs efficiency 1/1 with separate entrance includes a queen size bed, pullout couch,smart TV,mini kitchen and full bathroom.There is also a laundry area located in the downstairs game room.
The concrete dock will hold up to a 36 foot boat, clean your catch on the dockside fillet table, ample water hoses, outside shower, fill your coolers up with the ice from the 400lb. ice machine, and store your bait in the separate refrigerator/freezer(downstairs game room).
If you are not out on the water there are many fun things to do at "Keys Release" a game of ping pong in the downstairs game room, play a game of ring toss under the Tiki hut, relax in the heated pool, and our personal favorite ~relaxing on the upstairs deck while enjoying the tranquil ocean view and breezes.
There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailer parking in the front (private) driveway. **Please note Parking of RV's are not permitted **The house is completely fenced in on quiet residential street.
10% discount for stays over 28 days. A mid month cleaning at 250.00 is required.

Located in Marathon, this vacation home is near the airport and on the waterfront. Marathon Air Museum and Crane Point Museum and Nature Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center and Florida Keys Country Club. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
