to the yoga and sunset deck along the shoreline and relax at the patio table and benches.
Enter through an automated secure gate to your private three-bedroom, 2.5-bath oasis on
three-quarters of an acre, nestled among lush tropical gardens in the premier section of
Morton Street. Take in breathtaking sunsets and enjoy watching birds, fish, and
butterflies. The oversized 20-by-40-foot pool features a shallow entry for young children
and a seven-foot-deep area for swimming, playing, and lounging. Relax beneath the two
spillover spa waterfalls, or unwind in the large spa, which seats up to eight guests. The
saltwater pool is chlorinated and illuminated with LED lighting for evening enjoyment.
Stretch out on the spacious pool deck with comfortable seating or enjoy the shade of the
covered patio while listening to the Gulf and the pool waterfall. Three kayaks and one
stand-up paddleboard, along with paddles and life jackets, are complimentary and
conveniently available; please return them to the designated area after use.
Enjoy the open-concept home with spectacular Gulf and sunset views. The central living
area features a cathedral ceiling with two fans and includes the living room, dining area,
kitchen, and study. Expansive sliding glass doors frame the calming water views and open
to a screened 20-by-30-foot lanai with lounge seating, 12 chairs, two dining tables, and a
ceiling fan—an ideal space to relax and watch wildlife and sunsets.
The comfortably furnished living room features a 60-inch Roku Smart TV on a rotating
arm for flexible viewing. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and includes a
JennAir cooktop, side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water, Summit beverage
and wine cooler, Bosch dishwasher, KitchenAid oven and microwave combination, Keurig
coffee maker, and garbage disposal. A separate laundry room with a large-capacity washer
and dryer is conveniently located in the center of the home.
The primary and guest bedrooms are located in separate wings of the home for added
privacy. The primary suite spans the full width of the house and includes a private bath,
king-size bed, and Smart TV. The opposite wing features two bedrooms and a full bath. The
Gulf-view bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors
that open to the large screened porch. The front bedroom overlooks the gardens and
offers a queen bed and Smart TV. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with a glass
shower enclosure.
On the ground level, you'll find an exercise and game room with a big-screen Smart TV.
Enjoy the recumbent bike, foosball table, cornhole set (that can be taken outside), and
