The private 1,376 square feet air-conditioned 1st floor entertainment suite with additional private full bath adds multiple functionality to your vacation stay. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks and boat trailers. The public boat ramp is only minutes away. Large ice machine and bait freezers located outside. Large fish cleaning station. Free onsite use of kayaks, paddle boards, dive tanks, fishing rods, pool table, fitness weight equipment and more. This house is far above your typical rental. Located in Coco Plum(Marathon) with one of the widest canals (200 feet across) in the Florida Keys with direct deep-water ocean access. The Gulfside may be easily accessed through Vaca Cut. In addition to a fishing, diving and snorkeling paradise Marathon has numerous fine restaurants, tiki bars with live music and some amazing sunset vistas. Coco Plum Beach is within walking distance of the house. When not on the water, take a day to visit Key West, Islamorada or some of the many other unique Keys attractions. Fly directly into Key West, Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach airports. The newly renovated Marathon Airport re-opened to private and chartered planes and jets on October 4, 2025.
