Cozy and comfortable Sombrero Beach cottage! This light and airy single family home offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with large outdoor spaces both up and downstairs. Beautifully updated with kitchen island that is well-equipped with NEW pots and pans and dining table, this is the perfect home for gathering and entertaining the whole family. Plenty of seating in the dining area, table and chairs with bench seating! The living area offers comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV. The spacious master suite offers a King bed, TV, sitting area and has an en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a full bed with a trundle. There is a guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
Outside is the perfect Keys setup! Included in your stay, please enjoy 2 kayaks and 4 bikes. Hot tub, hammock, bait freezer, storage for dive and fishing gear, under cover parking, dockage, table with umbrella and chairs! Located within walking or biking distance to famous Sombrero Beach, lots of restaurants and local shopping this spot is just right for your Keys getaway!
