One vessel per dock; no jet skis or multiple boats
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.
Vessels cannot be wider than 10 feet on canals and 15 Feet on finger piers.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for dining in, and you can grill your fresh catch at one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort. The Villa is 100% smoke-free—indoors and on porches—and comes fully equipped with all essentials for a relaxing stay. Just pack your bags and settle in.
