Step outside to your boat and enjoy all the Gulf and Atlantic have to offer - both easily accessible in minutes from your vacation home base. Relax with a drink at the pool after a long day of fun in the sun.
The 40 foot wetslip is located just across the canal and includes electric (30 amp) and water. The hardest part of your boating excursion will be deciding to go left to the Atlantic or right to the Gulf for the day. The Boat House marina, located onsite, is a full service marina.
Coral Lagoon is centrally located not only on the water but on land as well. Less than a mile to Sunset Park Beach, and 4 miles from Sombrero Beach, in addition to bars, restaurants and other attractions.
No boat? No Problem. There are several rental companies near the resort that will help get you out on the water. Bring your lobster gear, your snorkel gear, and your fishing gear. Most importantly bring your relaxation gear!

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Coral Lagoon, a neighborhood in Marathon.
