Coastal Key is located in the Sombrero Beach area of Marathon. Beautifully decorated, brand-new home, located down the street from Sombrero Beach.  This home has a private pool, private dock, fish cleaning station, bait freezer, outdoor TV in a covered patio, gas grill, 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards! The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pack-and-play, and a high chair are included.  The boating access is great and less than 15 minutes from open water; it has the perfect accommodations and all the toys for a fantastic Keys vacation!

This home is on a channel that can take you to several restaurants by boat without going into the ocean or the bay.  

The Master has a king-size bed and its own outdoor porch. The first guest room has a Queen bed, and the other guest room has two Twin beds. The upstairs porch, with plenty of comfy furniture, overlooks the pool and canal!

Enjoy watching TV while grilling, swimming, or relaxing in the hammock! Take the kayaks and paddle boards through the canal to the ocean, or ride the bikes to a local restaurant or down to the beach! This vacation rental has everything you need!

The dock is 42 ft long for you to bring your boat and/or jet skis. 

The owners have prepared this home so that you can enjoy your vacation to the maximum extent possible. Every amenity is there for your enjoyment. 

Max Occupancy: 6 - this rule is set by the Owner 2 per bedroom - (No exceptions)

- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

Linens and bath towels are always included.

This property is not pet-friendly, Failure to disclose a pet may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
