Comfortable interior with all the amenities you'd expect. Private pool, tiki area and 60' of dock are for your exclusive use and are not shared with the neighboring half.
A neighborhood boat ramp is nearby and it's easy boat access to to our deep water dock that can accommodate your boat or a rental boat in the water. (Room to park your trailer onsite.)
Outdoor brick paver grounds with lush tropic landscaping surrounded by palm trees - relax on our wrap-around deck or patio and take in the sunset, manatee and dolphin. Sit under the large tiki hut by the water's edge and take in the sunset. This home also included a large freshwater pool, tiki hut, 60' dock and all the described amenities are for your exclusive use (not shared with neighboring home). Outdoor dining table under the tiki for that perfect meal. The property includes lots of lounging furniture and hammock chair for you to relax in.
This home has a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and over 1425 square feet of living space. The master suite has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom a queen bed, and there are two rollaway beds for extra guests. Full modern kitchen with Corian counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage
Furnished with modern furnishing, and includes bedding/linens, and a full assortment of cookware right down to the blender. High-speed wireless internet, flat screen TVs.
This rental also includes a 2-person ocean kayak, two stand-up paddle boards, beach cruiser bikes, fish cleaning table, fish/bait freezer and a gas grill.
Parking available for up to 2 vehicles and a boat trailer onsite.
Located in Marathon, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Marathon Air Museum and Crane Point Museum and Nature Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center and Florida Keys Country Club. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
