👣 Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a `garden apartment`) and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee.
