The main floor features an open-concept living area with a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, and a living room with streaming TV, and Alexa sound system, all framed by stunning ocean views. Enjoy meals cooked on the newly added induction range at the dining table or on the large open deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. The main floor also includes a luxurious bathroom with a dual-head walk-in shower, a bedroom with a split Craftmatic adjustable King bed with a twin bed, and the office space with a Queen sofa bed along with a workspace and printer for remote work.
The downstairs area is a haven of its own, featuring a 1/2 kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Relax in the second living room with a streaming TV. The sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed with a twin trundle, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Step into the garage game room for endless fun with a foosball table, faux ax-throwing game, kites, beach toys, and more.
The third floor is home to the master bedroom, offering the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Enjoy a king bed and extra long twin bed, an attached private bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony with ocean views.
