You will have the beach and golf only a half block away and games galore at Chinook House, a custom Manzanita beauty chock-full of fantastic amenities for guests of all ages. This outstanding home is ideal for sharing with family and friends—with four bedrooms and a loft, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out or enjoy time together. The adults will love the wood-lined cathedral ceiling soaring above the living room, framing huge windows for ocean light. Comfy furnishings, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace promise relaxed conversation while the kids migrate to the pool table in the loft upstairs or the game room with foosball and air hockey tables downstairs. Dine at the table or breakfast bar next to the fully equipped and delightfully appointed kitchen, with a gas range and pendant lights punctuating the workspace. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy two decks, one with an ocean view and another with a bubbling hot tub. Dine at the table on one deck with help from a barbecue.
Two suites, a king and a queen, will provide luxurious private space for guests; the other two bedrooms also include a set of bunk beds and an additional bed in each room, perfect for the kids or a small family. A couch in the living room, and a futon in the loft, you can also invite a few extra guests! A complete family room on the lower level provides extra gathering space. You’ll be steps from the beach and the golf course and a few minutes to the delights of Laneda Avenue, with its shops, spa, wine bar, and restaurants.
