4+ Bedrooms. including 2 primary bedrooms, one on the first floor, with private baths. Sleeps 12. This house is perfect for family and friends to relax and vacation together. Lots of space with open floor plan on the first level with large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and open to dining area and family room with high cathedral ceiling. The open space is bright and sunny with sliding glass doors open to huge outdoor patio and outdoor kitchen and lagoon. The large patio has lots of space for entertaining with large dining table, outdoor bar area, grill, lounge chairs, and fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs and outdoor shower and boat dock on the lagoon. House is steps to private beach access to gorgeous beach with no crowds. Crossing guards leading to beach and life guards on duty. Large primary bedroom on the first level with huge walk-in closet and large primary bath with oversize shower, and double vanity. Half bath also on the first floor. The large office/game room on the first floor has a full size futon, large sofa, desk , and wet bar area. The second level has a second primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom has 2 full beds, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, full bed, and a twin bed. All bedrooms have huge closets. There is also a large hall full bath on the second level with a tub/shower and double vanity. Washer and dryer also on the first level. This is easy fun beach living. All linens, towels, and beach chairs, and bicycles, and 2 person kayak also available for guests. Location is great and steps to Used to Be's Bar Restaurant and minutes to shops and restaurants.
