Our home is in the Curtis Point Community in Mantoloking - nestled between the buzz of Point Pleasant and the crowds in Lavalette. Mantoloking is proximate to everything, yet nice and relaxing. Our community has access to our own life guarded private ocean front just 1/2 block walk away. We also have 2 private tennis courts that are accessible to you. Our newly renovated waterfront home has fantastic access to Barnegat Bay. Don't feel like hitting the beach? Then jump into our heated pool. This 4 bedroom home was fully renovated in 2016. Featuring Stainless Steel high end appliances and a kitchen set up that is a Chef's dream. The backyard features a fire pit which is an ideal way to end the night. We have 3 kids kayaks, 1 adult kayak & 2 paddle boards that you can use as well. If you love to go crabbing then our home is for you as you can pull blue claws in easily right off our 75' dock!
