Gorgeous two-level home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a great-room encompassing a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and living area. Exterior includes a large deck overlooking the lake, accessible from the living area.
Two bedrooms with adjoining baths are located on the main level, each also with its own access to the inviting deck. Two bedrooms and a third bathroom are located on the lower level. In addition there are two twin beds and a twin roll-away in the common area of the lower level.
A detached bonus room with full bath offers an additional queen bedroom(this is one of the 5 bedrooms) for a private stay from the rest of the house.
A 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive across Crescent Beach Rd gets you to a short path and boardwalk to the semi-private shoreline for great swimming in the sandy-bottomed crystal clear waters of Portage Lake.
For nature seekers, take a stroll through the natural trails of the wooded areas of this 8-acre property. Deer and foxes are a common sight. There is also a large open grassy field for any family sporting activities.
A 15-minute drive around Portage Lake takes you to Onekama and all it has to offer, including a city park with its own beach and playground. Great for family picnics.
An additional 10-minute drive around the lake from Onekama and you arrive at the beautiful, expansive public beaches of Lake Michigan.
Amount of sandy beach available is subject to change each year due to the rising and receding water levels.
