You'll fall in love with this impeccably maintained end-unit right on the shoreline of Lake Michigan and Man-Made Lake. The sugar-sand Lake Michigan beach is just steps out the backdoor of this private condo. This unit features easy-access as there are only a couple of stairs into the rental and then down the landing. You'll appreciate having an end-unit and the extra space and parking it provides.

* Note that although pets are not allowed, the homeowners do have a cat that visits with them. This is not a unit for anyone with dander concerns or allergies.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: 1-car attached garage, central air conditioning, laundry, hair dryer, gas grill, and board/card games and puzzles. Smart TV with Roku apps for streaming, Cable TV via Spectrum and high-speed Wifi all included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a k-cup coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stand mixer, toaster oven, hand mixer, waffle maker, blender and food processor. Also included: bed linens, fan, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman!

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.

Located in Manistee, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Michigan and Orchard Beach State Park, while Manistee County Historical Museum and Ramsdell Theater are cultural highlights.
