Former owner's unit just 7 houses from the beach, 7 min walk to downton Manhattan Beach, 15 minutes from LAX. Private and noise insulated, the only thing you will hear is the ocean at night. Enjoy 180 degree Ocean views from every part of the entire top floor, two, Yes, two large living rooms, huge master with an indoor jacuzi plus 2 bedroom with queen beds. 3- 5 people comfortably. Bring your dog with you. 4 person indoor Whirlpool with ocean views.
Enjoy the chef's kitchen with bar seating of up to 8 people, a large dining room table, a l flat screen TV with large family seating. A second and third TV can be added in other areas and bedroom.
