Montie's beach house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath air conditioned town house located only a 5 minute walk to the waves. You'll find the bike path and the walking path called The Strand at the sands edge. A brisk walk on the Strand or the beach gets you to downtown and the Manhattan Beach pier in about 20 minutes. Stroll to the downtown Manhattan Beach Starbucks or Peet's coffee for your morning Latte' where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. If you prefer to stay in the neighborhood there are at least 8 excellent eateries within a 3 minute walk of the house. There is dedicated off street parking for two cars. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and other recreational items are in the garage.
The Strand, a neighborhood in Manhattan Beach, is home to this vacation home. Redondo Beach Pier and Santa Monica Pier are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beach. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
