Hi! What makes us special? We are Located on over 3 wooded acres of tall Ponderosa Pines, we offer a private 2 bedroom 2 bath lovely Glamping Remodeled beautiful RV.

We are a small homestead and raise free roaming chickens and grow food. You will enjoy fresh FREE eggs on the daily and might have a hen visit you. You will enjoy your own fire pit, and quiet private space. Here's your chance to camp without pulling an RV! We are a short drive into the San Juan Mountains, 20 mins from Mesa Verde bring your JEEP or ATV and explore the many historical mines. If you would like a guided tour, just ask us! We are almost always up for a ride!

Mountain bikers, this is your dream! We are a short drive to Phil's world and Boggy draw riding areas. Your bikes will be safe locked or unlocked to the RV.

We have excellent Verizon phone service and do provide onsite WIFI. We do have free roaming chickens on property so fresh eggs for you! That also means we need to have dogs on leash or well-behaved animals please.

Summit lake is 1/4 mile away, a short and easy walk. Great fishing and a nice beach. We have many surrounding trails for some great hikes!

Ideal home base for visits to Mesa Verde National Park, Phil's World and Boggy Draw (mountain biking), Hovenweep National Monument, Canyon of the Ancients and so much more!

We are 40 mins to Durango, 90 mins to Telluride (take the FREE gondola for a super fun beautiful ride), 20 mins to Cortez. Delicious food can be found in our local restaurants in Mancos and Dolores. In the winter, Hesperus Ski Hill is 20 mins away and Purgatory just over an hour.

Hi everyone! Welcome to this beautiful forest RV home! Recently remodeled, 2-bedroom 2 bath and sleeps 6. You will enjoy your own private camping space with a lovely firepit and surrounding mountains and trails to explore. The owners live in a cabin on the property, but it's blocked from view and your space is very private with its own private driveway off the main dirt road. There are four main sleeping areas, the master bedroom with queen bed, a sleeping loft with a full-size bed, and the back bedroom (private with closed door) has two sleeping areas, a drop-down queen bed and a full-size futon with half bath and separate exit door.

Located in Dolores, Forest Glamping and FREE eggs! is in the mountains. Cortez Cultural Center and Wetherill Mesa are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Mesa Verde Visitor and Research Center and Mesa Verde National Park Entrance.
