This home is an excellent example of a historic arts & crafts design. Quiet, yet walking distance from down town, 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. The main level features, a bedroom and exercise space with Peloton, newly renovated kitchen w/ new appliances, fireplace and brandy library. The second floor has four bedrooms and a full bath recently renovated, plus laundry room. The third level is the primary suite and full bath, featuring an amazing crescent shaped window offering views east to the Green Mountains.
There is a grill and outdoor seating area in the summertime and Lake Katherine is a short drive away. Plenty of fishing, hiking, and outdoor sport available.

Located in Manchester, this vacation home is in the city center and on a lake. Stratton Mountain Resort and Golf Club at Equinox are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Green Mountain National Forest and Equinox Preservation Trust. Southern Vermont Arts Center and Vermont Summer Festival are also worth visiting.
