The dining area can seat eight with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the private deck offers a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The upstairs primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is set up with multiple bunk options, two twin bunks (best suited for children), along with an additional bunk featuring a twin on top, a double on the bottom, and a twin trundle underneath, making it ideal for larger families. With its generous layout and prime location, this condo is a great option year-round. In the winter, enjoy easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge, and in the summer, take advantage of nearby mountain bike trails just steps away. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts.
