Upon entry in the foyer you can already appreciate the large living (gathering) room complete with gas fireplace , entertainment, wrap around reclining sofas and carefully selected art work. Come relax and curl up surrounded by comfortable pillows and throws. Host your guests around a warm fire or enjoy movie night in ultra comfort. Let you eyes travel up to the 2 story high ceiling, craftsman style lighting and wood paneling accent.
A half bath is located on the entrance level for you and your guests' convenience.
The open concept allows you to enjoy the Chef's kitchen and dining area which opens up to a large patio offering a capacious dine in fire pit table and gas BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave) as well as cooking utensils, serve ware, ...etc (all the comfort of home at your fingertips)
The inside dining area includes a 10-person dining table with comfortable chairs ....check out the guest of honor (hint...does live in the woods....who wants to take a selfie?).
Want to enjoy coffee while setting up your day's activities...use the expansive Kitchen island and enjoy views of the Mountains and Trees.
Upstairs you will find one of two primary bedrooms, with king bed, seating retreat (perfect for breakfast in "bed"), large closet area, spa like bathroom including double shower and separate bath for you to unwind after a long day of hiking, skiing/boarding, bicycling, etc...
Also located upstairs, your guests can repose in the loft with 2 queen beds and entertainment system.
Mid level is the garage access (2 car garage and 2 more can be parked in front for a total of 4 parking spaces) and the laundry room complete with washer and dryer and Dyson cordless vacuum for your ease of use.
Downstairs you and your guests can enjoy the second primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtub.
An open playroom offers a full size ping pong table, TV, and access to the second patio, with a large Jacuzzi.
Come relax while enjoying the views (plastic tumblers are offered in the kitchen to help you enjoy your favorite beverage while soaking and recharging in the spa)
A queen size bedroom, a Bunk Bed bedroom (Twin over Full size) and a full size bathroom with shower also occupy the lower level.
Please note smart TVs are located in all rooms with full access to wifi for your use. This property is not handicap accessible and like most homes on the mountains- it is not equipped with air conditioning. The jacuzzi is serviced twice a week and access will need to be granted.
