The third bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with queen on bottom, twin on top (note no closet), a perfect hideaway for the kids. The den has a large flat screen Smart TV, Star Wars games arcades, and a Queen size pull out sofa bed and access out to the deck with private hot tub. There is an additional home office space with desk and task chair in the downstairs level by the den. The unit offers outdoor dining area on the upper deck. A laundry room with private washer/dryer makes it feel like a home away from home, WiFi internet access throughout. A two car garage (garage clearance 7' 6") offers convenient private parking, and space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Pet friendly, allows one pet, this home sleeps up to 14. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more.
