unwind. The upper level boasts an open-concept living space with a cozy

propane fireplace, large sectional sofa and dining area for six. Just off the

kitchen, a bonus den provides the perfect spot to relax with a book, enjoy

your morning coffee, or create a fun space for kids. This area also includes a

queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The fully stocked kitchen has

everything you need to prepare meals and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower

is located on this level. Downstairs, all three bedrooms offer a quiet

retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite vanity.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for

children with two twin beds and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

is located in the hallway. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

It is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable

Mammoth Estates community, this condo is just one block from The Village and

the Village Gondola, giving you easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife,
