PLEASE READ - We understand this property may not be suitable for party groups due to strict community rules and fines. Our house is part of a PUD complex that is 90% occupied by local owners, not renters. This is a tight-knit community that strictly follows town rules (quiet hours, etc.) and charges fines. Each guest over the max of 6 people is $100 per person.
This house is located In Mammoth Lakes' central area just off Main St. All three bathrooms are equipped with hotel-style showering essentials, and the 2-car garage is very spacious. Enjoy easy access to the best Mammoth has to offer — the free town trolley stops right there, all ski lodges, food, shopping, The Village, and more!
