This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 36” TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.
Perched high on the hill above Eagle Lodge, the Eagle Run complex is one of Mammoth's most spectacular condominium developments, offering the ultimate ski-in/ski-out location through the winter season, as well as convenient entry to the town bike trail during the warmer months. Stunning panoramic views, underground parking, heat-traced walkways, and beautifully appointed interiors are hallmarks of this Mammoth premiere community. Two parking passes come with this unit. One assigned space is located in the underground parking garage marked #204. Overflow parking is available inside of the garage as well in unmarked spots on a first-come first-serve basis.
