The second floor is an open-floor plan with family room, dining area, kitchen with a quartz countertop, washer & dryer, and a 3rd bathroom. The 3rd floor loft offers 2 bunk beds each with a twin over full size bed. Centrally located and less than a mile from Vons, golfing, Mammoth Rock “N” Bowl, stores, and restaurants. Unloading and loading is a breeze with 2 designated parking spaces directly in front of the unit.
Safety & Security:
The property is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors on all three levels. An exterior security camera is installed in front of the property primarily as a theft deterrent.
