• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Checkout is at 11:00am. ensure all dishes are washed and clean. this includes pots and pans. start dishwasher. housekeeping will unload clean dishes. remove all food from refrigerator and freezer
• Take out all trash (bathrooms too) place soiled towels in shower. **please leave sheets + pillows + shams, blankets + mattress pads on bed and do not put in shower. housekeeping will attend to this.
• Turn down heaters to 50 degrees on all floors including bathroom, turn off the fireplace, media and lights, return blankets, pillows, games, and furniture and pool key to the original locations
