The 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor of the unit, along with 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony overlooking the tennis court and pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large, rustic dining table with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The living room is furnished with an over-sized, comfortable L-shaped couch for lounging, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart flat-screen TV.
The Master bedroom features a California King bed with new memory foam mattress and an en suite half bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with new memory foam mattress. The loft has one queen bed and two twin beds and its own full bathroom with walk-in shower.
This rental features two new flatscreen TVs with Roku for all your streaming needs.
Just one mile from Eagle Lodge, and the free shuttle stop is right out front. Easily walkable to Mammoth's restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, golf simulator, and the Von's.

Horizons IV Condominiums Resort features a year-round spa and dry sauna, seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day- Labor Day), a tennis court, coin operated community laundry room, and a recreational room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games.The picnic area has many communal BBQ's and picnic tables to enjoy outdoor cooking (summer months only).
Centrally located in the middle of town, you're just a few steps from the town's free mountain shuttle, walking distance to the Vons shopping center, bars and many restaurants or the movie theater.
Parking for two vehicles is just steps away from your door making it easy to unpack and start your vacation.
This home away from home is non-smoking and non-pet friendly.
