You can walk everywhere, but if you need, the Bus stop, to take you both places, is on the corner 50 steps away (No huffing & puffing necessary). Restaurant, Bar and entertainment are also nearby.
The charming neighborhood in this old part of Mammoth Lakes is easily walkable and you will find some iconic "A" frame houses located throughout. The Mammoth Loop trail system (summer months) is accessible across the parking lot and is a grate way to bike around town and meet friendly people.
