The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, (with Tempur-pedic mattress topper available), large flatscreen TV and access to the shared hallway bathroom. Additional features include a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, private washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, and baby/dog gate installed at the top of the stairs. There is a private 1 car garage, with space in the driveway for 1 additional vehicle. The living room has high speed internet, cable TV, DVD player and family games. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted.
