The nook of the loft is perfect for the kids with a Twin over Full bunk bed and extra flatscreen TV + Wii Console just for the kiddos! The St. Anton complex offers fantastic amenities with the courtyard offering a heated pool (Summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs, and BBQ and Picnic tables in Summer. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen with refrigerator, a large screen TV and sitting area with fireplace. Coin operated Laundry facilities are located in the building. In addition this unit comes with a dedicated Guest Ski Locker inside the parking garage for use. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 and is not pet friendly and non-smoking. The unit comes with 1 guaranteed covered parking spot in the covered parking garage (garage clearance 6’8”), for additional parking this is on a request basis and will need to be requested in advance. This is an upstairs unit on the second story of the building, and note there is no elevator in the building from the garage level.
