On the upper level the fully renovated kitchen provides stone countertops, stainless appliances and is fully stocked for you to cook like a pro. The kitchen opens out to an open concept living room, lots of natural daylight and high ceilings. The kitchen island offers bar seating for 4, while the large comfortable sectional offers seating for the whole group to gather in the living room around the large flatscreen smart TV with cable. The perfect setting for game night, movie night or catch a game, or get a fire going in the wood burning fireplace. There is a single daybed by the window, and a full bathroom with tiled shower on this level. On the lower level are the two main bedrooms, both primaries with en-suite's. The first guest bedroom offers a King bed, TV, en-suite private updated full bathroom with tiled tub/shower. The second primary in the rear offers a Queen bed, plus full sleeper sofa, and private en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. This home is set up for your fluffy friends to come along, and offers a private washer / dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The complex offers parking for two cars outside the front of the unit, a year-round jacuzzi, sauna, and racquetball court. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and is non smoking. There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
