A short walk away from the Village at Mammoth, as well, convenience without the congestion. This lovely remodeled unit is the perfect getaway in the mountains. An open concept kitchen creates an easy flow within the condo, you're never closed off from family and friends.
This size unit allows for 1 vehicle
Livingroom: A cozy couch and comfy chair to unwind by the pellet stove after a long day of fun. The living room also hosts a 65" Roku flat screen TV for your down time while in Mammoth.
Dining Area: The dining table seats 4 guests comfortably, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen: A remodeled kitchen host modern appliances, and all the basic cooking and eating utensils including a regular drip coffee maker.
Sleeping arrangements: This unit will host up to 4 guests total. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, with a private flat screen TV. A spacious alcove holds the bunk area, with a twin size top and bottom bunk.
Electronics: The living room has a 65" Roku TV and the bedroom has a 50" Roku TV, Wi-Fi with secure network and password available with the password and network in the black guest book.
Location: This corner Unit is located next to the game room, Jacuzzi, overlooks the pool area and directly across from the blue line shuttle bus and just steps away from the Lakes Basin walk and bike trail. Convenience without the congestion, just a short walk to the Village at Mammoth with the gondola and many festivals in the summer. Outside permit parking available for 1 vehicle.
Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: Hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's.
