Dar Ghax-Xemx dates back to the 17th century. It is situated in the unique setting of the oldest part of Victoria, and has been tastefully decorated and finished to a very high standard making this lovely little house a firm favourite in the area.
The house extends over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, a toilet and washing machine. A charming little courtyard is also found on the ground floor where you can also relax and enjoy a nice dinner in a quiet environment.
On the first floor are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed on which to sleep one adult or else two children. The bathroom with a bath and toilet is also located on this floor. Please note, fans are installed in all bedrooms instead of A/C.
The second floor takes you to the roof terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. From the roof terrace there is a lovely view over the town towards the Hill of Gelmus - this is where the spectacular fireworks are set off during the feasts of St. George (3rd week of July) and Santa Maria (15th August).

Located in Victoria, this country house is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Mellieha Bay and Paradise Bay Beach. Gozo Nature Museum and Villa Rundle Gardens are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and hunting nearby.
