As you move past the fully stocked laundry room when entering the unit, you are met with a naturally well lit, and ventilated living space equipped with a modern kitchen, dining and living room. This spacious unit also boasts 2 en-suite Master Bedrooms, a Guest Bedroom and Bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the lush Central Park.
Other things to note
The apartment is within a short walk’s distance from a mosque. The daily calls to prayer will be heard from within the apartment ( 5times daily including early morning around 5am).
The apartment is also near a main road, and the sound of traffic would be heard from within the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of Central Park; events and festivals which involve music and large crowds are sometimes held there. The sounds of such events can be heard from within the apartment.
