This house is situated in a village area, in between Jelutong and Perak Lane. The neighbourhood are of mixed races, with local residence like malay, chinese and indian residing together in the neighbourhood. Many foreigners are usually people from, Indonesia, Myanmar, Bangladesh Thailand and Vietnam. Most foreigners work in this neighbourhood, as there are few family run business like grocery shops. Few wooden houses run a traditional business, past down from last generations, like making of noodles, bean curds and bean sprouts. Guests shall see many of the residents hanging around in the neighbouring area. As, this is a common thing, of a culture of multi racial life in Malaysia.

This is a big kampung house (village house), with 6 rooms renovated, to accommodate guests. Besides running a guesthouse, there's a canteen and a shop selling fresh seafoods at the main door. Smoking are only allowed in the canteen area, No smoking are allowed in guestroom and the common space of the guesthouse. Room are situated at ground zero, with common space within all the 6 rooms. Only guests are allowed to access the common space. for usage. The 6 rooms are situated within it own space. Separated from the canteen.
